City of Dortmund grants construction permit for C2C® office building along the B1

After a comprehensive weighing of interests of all stakeholders, the City of Dortmund has granted a building permit for the construction of ICON Dortmund along the Rheinlanddamm. The new office building is a joint design by American architectural firm William McDonough + Partners and IAA Architecten and is inspired by the Cradle to Cradle® ideas of William McDonough and Michael Braungart. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2018.
