Highest point block 2 in new district Anklaar in Apeldoorn

Today, the highest point was reached in building block 2 in the Apeldoorn district of Anklaar, where a new district centre will be realised. It is a completely renovated shopping area with homes, a residential care centre and parking facilities. Commissioned by Habion ontwikkeling bv, IAA Architecten carried out the construction supervision of building blocks 1 and 2, designed by LEVS Architecten.

The blocks consist of a commercial plinth with apartments above it. The apartments in the turn-key project block 2 are meant for elderly people and will be rented out in the social as well as the private sector. IAA Architecten was commissioned for the management and drawing checks, and additionally, with quality controls during the execution of the project. During the engineering phase, the drawing checks of the 3D building model were carried out in close consultation with contractor Aan de Stegge.
