Reaching of highest point celebrated at Elver Nieuw-Wehl

Yesterday, the highest point was reached in the new construction of the Waterlelies and De Vijver of Elver in Nieuw-Wehl. Together with a number of future residents, parents, volunteers, employees and of course the builders, this was celebrated with (alcohol-free) bubbles and 'bitterballen'. IAA Engineering is responsible for the building management of the design by Weusten Liedenbaum Architecten, installation consultant Enervisie and constructor Triops Advies. Implementing parties are KlaassenGroep and Wassink Installatie.

LOCATION NIEUW-WEHL

The new location at the site in Nieuw-Wehl consists of three residential units, one of which offers replacement accommodation to an already existing group of residents. The other housing units are supplementary. The new accommodation provides space for two small-scale group residences for four residents where constant proximity of supervision is desired. The third house is suitable for a group of eight residents.
