Residential care centre St. Elisabeth in Delden expands

Care organisation Carintreggeland is to set up an extra residential unit in St. Elisabeth for eight people with memory problems. During construction five years ago, an extension on the second floor, in the place of the attic, was already taken into account. The new section will have the same layout as the other residential units according to the concept of small-scale living. There will be one large communal living room, in addition to which the residents will have their own sitting/bedroom and their own sanitary facilities.

ADJUSTMENTS IN THE ATTIC ROOF

Some adjustments will be made in the attic roof. There will be a balcony where the living room is planned and dormers will be made near the sitting/bedrooms. Depending on the course of Covid-19, the work is planned to be completed around the 2021 construction period.
