Building permit granted for 'Leopold I' (DE)

The city of Dorsten has issued a building permit for residential and commercial building LEOPOLD I. Right next to Creativquartier Fürst Leopold, Dutch property developer Aqui-Visions is building a corner building at the roundabout of Halterner Straße and Zechenstraße to a design by IAA Architecten. The ground floor contains spaces for a day care centre for seniors, a pharmacy and a café with terrace. The three floors above contain a total of 21 wheelchair-accessible two-room flats. Another two-storey wing will accommodate two senior living groups of 12 people each.

CONSTRUCTION STARTS SOON

The start of construction is scheduled for the second half of this year and preparations on the site, which has already been cleared, are in full swing.
