Construction on the Bettekamp has started!

In 2021, IAA, together with KlaassenGroep BV and Wassink Installatie, won a selection for care organisation Azora. In the meantime, residents have moved to temporary accommodation in Lichtenvoorde. Demolition has started and is progressing well. Construction of the new residential care centre for the elderly in Varsseveld will start in early 2024.

The new building will make room for 90 new apartments. Within these, there will also be apartments for married couples, thus with a separate living and bedroom. This will allow couples to stay together for longer.

The organic form will create space between the buildings for a green, park-like living environment.
