New green residential area under construction!

Development on the new residential district in Enschede is in full swing. After winning the selection together with Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo back in October 2022, the new neighbourhood Boswinkel Oost is taking shape.

The various urban villas and BeBo (downstairs/Upstairs) homes were designed by LKSVDD architecten together with Beltman Architecten and Trebbe.

By placing more emphasis on lifecycle-proof and ground-level housing in the centre of the residential area, the village-like living environment is strengthened. At the same time, the edge of the neighbourhood is given a more urban character by the presence of several apartment buildings. The wide range of housing types, combined with plenty of green spaces, encourages encounters and creates a spatial sense of belonging.

Several plots are now under construction and the neighbourhood is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
