Completion new grand stand national hockey stadium

Today is the completion of the new main grand stand of the new Wagener Stadium in Amsterdam, which will be used for the match between the Netherlands and Spain on 18 August 2017 at the men's and women's European Hockey Championship.

MULTIFACETED BUILDING

Underneath the grandstand seating ca. 2000, the entrance with reception hall is situated on the ground floor as well as a lift and stairway to the first floor. Furthermore, there are toilet facilities, dressing rooms for teams and referees, but also a room for doping checks, a first aid room and a multifunctional room. On the first floor is a large lounge area with bars, kitchen and a terrace overlooking the field. At the top of the grand stand, there is a full-length catwalk that can be used for all kinds of activities and is a place where visitors can meet while watching the game.
